We are highly committed to take an active, entrepreneurial, but also responsible role within our portfolio companies. Our family-based shareholder structure offers the basis for the necessary flexibility to ensure this entrepreneurial approach: We are not pressurized by the capital market or institutional investors and are able to create flexible, tailor-made acquisition structures as well as handle decision making processes in an efficient and distinct way.
Family values
Our business approach is conservative. In order to avoid excessive risks, we only acquire few selected businesses with stable prospects. Post transaction, three principles represent the core to ensure the success of our engagements: First, we do not utilize excessive leverage. Second, we are an active “partner” rather just a “passive owner” in developing our investments.
